About the product
The Husky X-Mate Diesel Nozzle is the entry level, automatic shut off model within the Husky nozzle range. Thanks to its smaller spout and good flow rates, it is ideal for the safe and efficiency refuelling of small commercial vehicles and passenger cars. As with all Husky fuel nozzles, the X-Mate comes with the patented Flo-stop® function for shutting off flow when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls out the tank.
Two versions are available of this particular Husky nozzle; a smaller spout OD model for refuelling vehicles with difficult fill points and a larger OD model for standard applications. These automatic fuel pump nozzles come as standard with the patented Stream Shaper®; a device that reduces turbulence and velocity for a straighter fuel flow, ensuring less splash back spillage.
This fuel nozzle also benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port that is positioned behind the spout end, ensuring that even when the spout is subject to excessive use, its sensitivity is not heightened causing nuisance click offs.

What applications is this Husky fuel nozzle suitable for?
The Husky X-Mate fuel dispensing nozzle is an entry-level automatic shut off nozzle, designed for the safe and efficient refuelling of small commercial vehicles and passenger cars. The fuel nozzle is suitable for dispensing diesel fuel for private refuelling in non-resale refuelling environment.
What is the benefit of the flo-stop device?
This Husky fuel nozzle benefits from having the flo-stop device that is installed just after the spot. This function provides automating shuts off when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls from the fill tank. The flo-stop device can help you prevent any spillages and loss of fuel that might happen when using a standard automatic fuel nozzle.
What is the benefit of the stream shaper function?
The fuel nozzle has installed Patented Stream Shaper® function that is placed behind the reinforced spout bushing. This specific function aims to reduce turbulence and velocity and provide straighter fuel flow and less splash back spillage.

The Husky X-Mate nozzle benefits from numerous features that other nozzles do not have, aiming to provide quick and clean fuel dispensing. This fuel dispensing nozzle has reinforced spout bushing that can remain unworn even after excessive use and the sensing port behind the spout prevents nuisance click offs and splashback. This Husky fuel nozzle has increased pressure closing poppet that prevents leakage and spillage when more pressure is applied e.g. someone stands on the hose.
