About the product
The Piusi Cube AdBlue™ AGILIS Fuel Management System is designed to simplify and ensure the safe transfer, dispensing, and monitoring of AdBlue™. Its modern and compact design from the Italian manufacturer guarantees practicality and reliability in every refuelling situation.
AdBlue™ dispensing can only be used by authorised users to improve security, with each refuelling recording the date, time and amount of fuel dispensed for up to 250 users. This AdBlue™ fuel tank monitoring system can be fitted to a wall, directly onto the tank or on a stand-alone pedestal. The 3/4" delivery hose is 6 metres long providing further operational flexibility.
This AdBlue™ dispenser features a self-priming electric membrane pump with a flow rate of 30 litres per minute, making it ideal for quick refuelling needs. The fuel management system has a 3D filter, specifically designed for AdBlue™, which guarantees impurity-free dispensing. The patented SB325_X automatic nozzle, equipped with a break-away system, ensures safety and precision when refuelling, stopping equipment being broken or AdBlue™ being spilled if the user accidentally pulls away with the nozzle still attached, as the spout will detach.
The Cube AdBlue™ AGILIS Fuel Management System from Piusi also includes a microswitch for automatic pump shutdown when the dispensing nozzle is returned to its holder, enhancing convenience and safety.
With the AGILIS software, you can get detailed reporting and monitoring of each AdBlue™ refuelling event for even more control and visibility of your AdBlue™ consumption.
Please note, the AGILIS product range is not compatible with ARM or Snapdragon processors as their Architecture is incompatible. The software is designed to work with traditional processors.

What is AdBlue™?
AdBlue™ is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF); which is a synthetic, Aqueous Urea Solution (AUS32) comprising of 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionised water. The DEF is injected into the exhaust, where the AUS vaporises and splits into ammonia and carbon dioxide, and in turn the ammonia turns the nitrogen oxides into water and nitrogen, both of which are harmless, but lowers emissions to a certain level.
Can I have live tank level reporting in my Piusi Self Service AGILIS software?
The tank level reporting in the Piusi Self Service AGILIS software is virtual. This means that fuel deliveries need to be manually added by the manager into the software, and then tank levels are calculated by deducting the recorded dispensing transactions that are imported into the software. For a fuel management system with truly live tank level reporting, we recommend the Piusi B.SMART.
I have a Piusi fuel management system already installed and I would like to update the software to the new Self Service Management AGILIS. Is this possible?
Yes, all Cube MC, Self Service MC and MC Box systems on the market are compatible with the new Piusi AGILIS fuel management software.
