Piusi Pro One Air Operated Diaphragm AdBlue™ Pump

The Piusi Pro One AODD AdBlue™ Pump has been designed to use a thermoplastic diaphragm to transfer water and chemicals such as AdBlue (or DEF), antifreeze, water and screen wash. As this Piusi pump uses air in order to transfer the fluid, no mains connection is required.

The new air distributor design allows quick disassembly with direct access from the outside, simplifying maintenance operations. This AdBlue pump is made of reinforced techno polymer, which ensures strength, reliability, and long service life. The anti-stall system with unbalanced valve reduces air consumption, improving operational efficiency, and lowering noise levels.

These AdBlue™ transfer pumps are often used in garages and workshops where air lines are already set up. The port size and flow rate for each model varies and ranges from 50 l/min to 160l/min for bigger installations. The Piusi AdBlue Pumps are able to be used in Zone 2 potentially flammable environments.

These air-operated double diaphragm pumps (AODD) are self-priming and anti-stall. They have a robust design, as they are built for durability and easy maintenance.
