About the product

Developed in response to industry feedback, the Piusi 3000 Supreme has been redesigned to make mobile refuelling simpler, safer and easier to manage. Designed for portable fuel tanks in plant hire, construction, agriculture and fleet applications, the redesigned 3000 Supreme comes in two versions: standard and B.SMART, combining reliable diesel dispensing with secure operator access and optional fuel management system features, whilst remaining simple to install and operate on both 12V and 24V systems.

The standard Piusi 3000 Supreme is supplied with 10 preprogrammed iButton access keys, allowing users to securely dispense fuel without the need to download an app or connect to software. Simply present the key to the pump and dispense at 50 litres per minute, making it ideal for mobile tanks, hire fleets and shared equipment where simple, controlled access is required.

For customers wanting additional control, the free Piusi app can be downloaded to unlock extra functionality for the standard 3000 Supreme, allowing managers to pre-set dispensing quantities, reduce the flow rate when filling smaller vehicles or containers, view the last 100 dispensing transactions, export dispensing data to CSV and manage pump settings directly from their smartphone.

For businesses requiring more advanced fuel management, the Piusi 3000 Supreme B.SMART allows up to 500 users per dispenser and all of the functionality available through the standard pump and free app. The B.SMART version connects to the Piusi cloud-based fuel management platform, enabling remote management of multiple pumps, advanced user administration and reporting, unlimited storage of dispensing transactions and integration into the wider B.SMART ecosystem.

Whether you simply need secure dispensing using the supplied iButton keys, enhanced control through the free app, or complete fleet management with B.SMART, the Piusi 3000 Supreme provides a scalable solution that grows with your operational requirements.

What is the difference between the standard Supreme and the Supreme B.SMART?

The standard Piusi 3000 Supreme (without B.SMART) can be accessed by up to 20 users, and records the last 100 dispensing transactions.

Whereas the Piusi 3000 Supreme with B.SMART can have up to 500 users per dispenser, with all historic transactions stored in filterable reports on any device with internet access.

I have bought a standard Piusi 3000 Supreme and now want B.SMART, what can I do?

No problem, simply purchase one of the B.SMART upgrades below:

F00250A00 - For a new B.SMART portal.
F00250A10 - To add to an existing B.SMART portal.

How does the B.SMART integration work?

In order to monitor the activity of multiple Piusi 3000 Supreme pumps in a single, cloud based portal from any PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, you need the B.SMART portal. You would also benefit from B.SMART if the users of the Supreme pump exceed 20 and you want more detailed reports on unlimited transactions.

There are a couple of options depending upon your situation:

You can buy the Piusi 3000 Supreme B.SMART version which comes with portal access, or if you have already got a standard Piusi Supreme and want to upgrade it, you can buy code F00250A00 (new portal) or F00250A10 (existing portal) which upgrades your existing Supreme to B.SMART.

What makes this model a portable diesel transfer pump?

This refuelling pump is powered by connecting it to a 12 volt or 24 volt battery (often on a vehicle) via crocodile clips. As it does not rely on being plugged into a mains power socket, it can be moved to wherever it is required, making it a mobile solution. Consequently, it is commonly used in off-road applications such as in agriculture, construction, quarrying and mining.
