Ultra Compact Oil Tank Filter Kit

These filter assembly kits are filters designed specifically for heating oil tanks and come complete with everything that is required to quickly and simply install it.

We offer an entry-level filter kit (ARM500) which does all the above but requires the fuel tank to be drained before changing the filter. There is an optional part, the Ultra Compact Tank Isolation Valve (see accessories table), which is designed to replace the 1" x 1/2" conical fitting that is supplied as standard with the kit. By doing this, an isolation valve is the first component in the assembly screwed into the tank, ensuring that the engineer doesn't need to drain the tank if the filter valve needs replacing.

Alternatively, we offer the Ultra Compact Oil Tank Filter Kit as a complete product, as a single unit or double take off for tanks feeding two systems. These kits are designed for bottom outlet domestic heating oil tanks with the aim of removing debris with instant isolation and no pollution risk. The kits come with a 50 micron oil filter, PTFE tape and all the fittings required for installation.

The Ultra Compact valve is a huge benefit as it saves the engineer the couple of hours it would have previously taken to drain the tank, replace the filter valve, and then pump the heating oil back into the tank. The oil tank isolator valve can be purchased separately to replace the 1" BSPT x 1/2" BSPP adaptor if a generic filter kit is already installed. Both the filter kit and the valve alone can be retrofitted during service or at the time of the original tank installation.
