About the product
The Rail Flyte Coupler is a bulk fuelling coupler commonly used on train rail car refuelling hoses. It is a screw connect dry-break valve for simple and spill-free connection to the tank’s fill point. This rail coupler benefits from durable forged steel handles for easy operator control, and a unique hex socket fitting for simple installation. Benefiting from a redesigned inner cartridge with standard spanner flats on extended body for easy, hassle-free installation with standard tools, this rail flyte coupler also comes with a new hydraulic screw seal for improved sealing. To fourth enhance the product robustness, the cartridge end cap has been redesigned to reduce drips and provide cleaner disconnection of the coupler from the train. Supplied in 304 Stainless Steel (outer body) for improved corrosion resistance and longer life.
