The Piusi High Flow Viscomat GEROTOR electric oil transfer pump is designed to provide excellent performance when transferring hydraulic oil and lubricants. This Piusi Viscomat pump is reliable and versatile, suiting many different oil transfer applications, including those where it is needed to transfer high viscosity oil up to 1000 cSt with a high flow rate. With a 60 minute duty cycle, this Piusi oil transfer pump has a high suction capacity with pressure up to 9 bar. The High Flow Viscomat oil transfer pump guarantees a steady flow rate and consistency in the flow dispensed. The gears of this Viscomat oil transfer pump come with a special chamber entry that guides for low flow restriction.

As the official Piusi pump supplier, we recommend that before installing the oil transfer pump, you will need to consider selecting the right suction hose depending on the viscosity of the fluid you are transferring. Based on our technical and product experience, we advise that to select 1 ½” suction hose for fluid up to 500cSt and 2” suction hose for fluids over 500cSt. This reduces the pump overload and will allow it to provide excellent performance.
