Diesel Nozzles
Diesel fuel pump nozzles for vehicle refuelling
CTS offer a large range of diesel nozzles for the refuelling of vehicles and the general transfer of diesel from one container to another; for example for filling a fuel storage tank from a delivery tanker. Included in our diesel dispensing nozzle range are the economical Piusi Self 2000 nozzle; a manual option that is popular within the agricultural and plant markets, and the Piusi Standard Auto 60; a market renowned automatic shut-off diesel fuel nozzle.
For the refuelling of large plant and construction equipment, we can also offer specially designed high speed diesel fuel nozzles that have a flow capacity of up to 375 litres per minute. Also available are forecourt style diesel pump nozzles, such as the ZVA models, which are suitable for use on resale pumping systems.

FAQs
Only manual nozzles can be used within gravity fed installations, as the back pressure required for an automatic nozzle to open is unlikely to ever be achieved under gravity conditions. For this reason, gravity hose kits are always supplied with manual nozzles.
If you require a nozzle and hose kit for a gravity fed installation, please view our range of gravity hose kits.
We have a wide range of manual and automatic diesel nozzles from brands such as Piusi, Husky and ZVA. If you are unsure what type of diesel nozzle is best for your needs, contact our sales team for advice on 0121 351 4445.
An automatic diesel nozzle shuts off when the vehicle or machinery being refuelled becomes full, preventing further fuel from being dispensed and an overfill from occurring. A manual diesel nozzle is a cheaper solution but needs to be manually turned off.
