Fuel Flow Meters
The UK agent of Piusi fuel flow meters
Our fuel flow meter, or fuel counter meter, range is comprised of reliable and accurate metering solutions for non-resale dispensing systems. These fuel flow meters are available in both mechanical and digital display versions, and as pulse meters without a display. The options available span from high flow capacity diesel flow meters used to measure the dispensing of bulk fuel, to heating oil meters able to accurately count even the smallest amount of used kerosene in a domestic heating oil application. A benefit of the Piusi fuel flow meter is that many in the range have rotatable faces, allowing the flexible fitting of them into almost all installations. For advice on picking a fuel flow meter, please call our sales team or alternatively read our fuel flow meter guide.

FAQs
Fuel flow meters, will always be installed on the outlet/dispensing side of your pump to identify how much fuel has passed through it. However the exact position you fit it depends on the installation at hand. Contact us to speak to our technical team for advice on how to install a flow meter correctly for your tank.
We have various kinds of mechanical, digital and fuel pulse flow meters, for measuring diesel, oil, AdBlue, petrol, heating oil and water.
A diesel fuel flow meter, also referred to as a fuel counter, is used to measure the quantity of fluid that has been moved during the transfer or dispensing process. They have a visual display, which can be either mechanical or digital, for the user to read off the measurement. In the instance of a refuelling application, the diesel fuel flow meter is used to indicate the amount of fuel that has been dispensed in that particular instance, as well as usually having a non-resettable totaliser to show what has been used overtime.
When picking a suitable nozzle and flow meter to go with your fuel transfer pump, you need to make sure they are compatible with the fluid you are pumping and that it can cope with the flow rate your pump will be working at.
