About the product
The Piusi Self Service AGILIS software for Piusi fuel management systems is the new revamped version of the market known Piusi Self Service Management 2018. Compatible with all existing Piusi fuel management system units, the AGILIS version works in the same as the previous Piusi software but with a modernised interface and the additional benefit of virtual tank levels.
The Piusi Self Service Software allows the user to view all stored refuelling transaction data recorded by the fuel management system on a PC rather than just at the unit, enabling the convenient and easy analysis of this information. This Piusi software enables the user to see what units they have on-site, view the data graphically, which can be filtered by user, date, vehicle or dispenser to narrow results and export reports in the desired format such as Excel, PDF or customisable .txt files.
This fuel management system software is available in two formats; a download from the Piusi website using your allocated licence key (which we recommend); or run off a USB. The Piusi Self Service AGILIS allows data to be transferred via a key reader connected to the PC via USB, hardwired, or if the PW Mobile Pack is purchased, from up to 16 dispensers on a single remote site to a PC elsewhere via a 4G network.
The virtual tank level feature means that by inputting fuel deliveries from your supplier, this Pius oftware will virtually calculate your tank levels at the PC by subtracting the recorded dispenses that have taken place.
This fuel management software is suitable for the Piusi MC Box, Cube and Self Service MC fuel management system units. For those who want to upgrade from the original Piusi Self Service Management 2018, you can migrate your old data to ensure no history is lost.

Which version of the Piusi Self Service Management should I choose?
When there is access to the internet on-site, we would always recommend the download version. A licence number can be emailed to you for you to download it from the Piusi website, and if you ever need to reinstall the software, we can reissue the licence number at no cost.
If there is no internet on site to download the Piusi software initially, then the USB version is your only option to run the software off. However, if you lose or break your USB, a replacement would need to be purchased.
How do I install my Piusi Self Service Management software?
In order to install your Piusi software, you will need to register your licence key on the Piusi Portal at www.piusi.com. If you have chosen the download version, you will also need to download the software following registration.

What are the PC requirements of the Piusi Self Service software?
- Monitor resolution: 1280x700
- CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon® 64 processor (2 GHz or more)
- RAM: 2GB
- Hard Disk space: 20 GB
- Operating system: —Windows 10 THI 1507 or later, Windows Server 2016

- An internet connection is needed to run the WEB version of the software, activate the product and keep the software updated to the latest version.
I have a Piusi fuel management system already installed and I would like to update the software to the new Self Service Management AGILIS. Is this possible?
Yes, all Cube MC, Self Service MC and MC Box systems on the market are compatible with the new Piusi AGILIS fuel management software.
Can I have live tank level reporting in my Piusi Self Service AGILIS software?
The tank level reporting in the Piusi Self Service AGILIS software is virtual. This means that fuel deliveries need to be manually added by the manager into the software, and then tank levels are calculated by deducting the recorded dispensing transactions that are imported into the software. For a fuel management system with truly live tank level reporting, we recommend the Piusi B.SMART.
I am looking for a cloud-based fuel management software where I can view real-time data, is there a version for this?
The Piusi Self Service Management AGILIS software provides transfer of refuelling transaction data by USB on a PC. This means that the transferred data can be filtered and analyse further, but it is not real-time data and is not stored on a cloud. However, the cloud-based Piusi B.SMART fuel management system benefits from monitoring multiple sites remotely with access to real-time data on fuel use sites.
