What happens if a driver goes to refuel and finds their phone battery is flat?

If this happens, then they will not be able to access the pump unless there is a registered yellow key fob on-site (see accessories table). The use of a yellow key fob as a backup allows emergency access when the driver is unable to use the app. The information from that transaction will be synchronized next time Wi-Fi/mobile network is accessed e.g. a driver connects using the app.

I don’t let my drivers use their phone close to the pump, how can the system work for me?

Bluetooth connection to the fuel dispenser can work up to 15m away. Therefore, the driver can set up the dispensing whilst inside vehicle, then leave the phone inside the cab whilst refuelling, and return to the phone once complete and the data will send to the cloud as normal.

What applications are these fuel dispensers suitable for?
