Inline and basket particle strainers

Particles, debris and solids in your fuel can harm both the pump and the vehicle being refuelled, but unfortunately are common in certain environments such as the agricultural and plant industries. Whilst fuel tank filers are the ideal solution, inline and basket strainers are your first level filtration to remove the largest of particles before the fuel reaches a proper filter. Available are a range of types with a choice of materials depending upon your requirements.

FAQs

Mesh filters are made of a wire mesh which is measured by the number of strands or threads per linear inch. The size of the aperture cannot be used as a micron measurement, as the greater, the number of wire strands present, the smaller the gaps between them will be, reducing the micron size.
