Solenoid Valves

Brass & stainless steel normally closed solenoid valves

Solenoid valves are designed for shut off applications, where when open the fluid flows through the pipework and when closed the fluid is isolated. The CTS range include normally closed solenoid valves, which means that until the valve is activated the fluid flow is shut off. When an electrical current is energised and runs through the valve's internal coil, the valve opens to allow the flow of liquid through the pipeline.

FAQs

Solenoid valves are used to regulate the movement of gas or liquid and remove the need for an engineer to manually control the valve, which saves time and money. Solenoid valves are used in industries to control machines or restrict the flow of liquids or gases.
