Developing your prototype
Our technical team start working on a prototype version based on your bespoke design, which we test and verify that the prototype meets your tank heights and expected performance.
Getting your kit approved
The sample prototype kit can be sent to you for an in-house trial installation and functional flow testing. Once the prototype version has been signed off by your team, we can begin to receive your orders.
Accepting forward orders
After you have signed off the prototype, we can accept forward orders to ensure our stock and builds meet your production schedules. This means that your tanks are ready to meet your customers’ quoted lead times.
Assembling your pump kits
At this stage our engineers are starting to assemble your kits in our on-site build room. A second engineer inspects the kits carefully once finished, ensuring they meet the design specification.
Additional in-house testing
We can provide additional testing services using innovative in-house testing machines, where pump kits can be air leak tested before dispatch for your confidence in the finished product.
