Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro IBC AdBlue™ Pump Kit

No! You should strictly only ever use equipment designed for use with AdBlue™, as these will be constructed of compatible materials such as stainless steel and polypropylene. AdBlue™ will cause many materials to corrode, e.g. cast iron, which most fuel pumps are manufactured. This will not only cause your pump to fail but will also contaminate the AdBlue™, which must be kept completely pure to ensure there is no damage to the vehicle’s SCR system.

Both AdBlue™ pump kits come in a robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact and benefit from having a large practical hose holder and nozzle holster with a removable drip cup. The Suzzara Blue 3 Pro is a perfect middle option between the Basic and the Pure Pro version. Design to specifically dispense AdBlue™ from IBC, this AdBlue pump kit comes with a Piusi AdBlue™ pump, a flow meter for measuring how much has been dispensed, an automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full, delivery and suction hose and an IBC connector. However, the Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro has higher specifications making it a premium and more convenient AdBlue™ pump kit. Supplied with a 200-micron long-life filter, breakaway spout mechanism, built-in meter and the option to have a magnetic spout device to prevent AdBlue™ from being miss-filled into a diesel tank, the Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro pump kit is more advanced compare to the Pro version.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue Pure Pro version supplied with the built-in meter has the benefit of providing convenience when dispensing AdBlue™ further away from the IBC tank. The built-in meter on the nozzle gives accurate information and helps users to track dispensed quantities easily. However, if you drop and break the nozzle, the flow meter will also need replacing. Therefore, we provide the IBC AdBlue™ pump kit option, which comes with a separate flow meter protected in the robust technopolymer roll bar.

The main benefit of having a magnetic spout AdBlue™ nozzle is to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank. Using the magnetic spout nozzle, the AdBlue™ will be dispensed only when the nozzle is magnetically opened by an AdBlue™ magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. This means that you cannot physically dispense AdBlue™ into the wrong tank and cause serious issues to your machinery and vehicles' engine system- resulting in thousands of pounds of damage.

To check whether you already have a magnetic adaptor in your vehicle, hold something magnetic next to the AdBlue™ filler neck and see if you feel a magnetic pull. If there isn't a magnetic pull, you will need to fit an Elafix AdBlue™ magnetic tank adaptor for reaping the benefits of the magnetic AdBlue™ nozzle.
