The plate mounted dispensing set has been designed to be easily moved from one IBC tank to another. PIUSI have installed their new self priming membrane pump, for high reliability and reduced maintenance
The set is provided with an accurate meter to display the quantity dispensed and with an automatic nozzle to make the filling operation easier.
After careful market analysis PIUSI have developed an AdBlue pump with self priming capabilities and a bypass valve. This new membrane style pump can be mounted in any orentation and provides easy transfer
of AdBlue at useful flow rates.

The new EURO 4/5 Directive, concerning the reduction of emission in the atmosphere, can be met with the installation of an SCR system in the truck. The system requires a special liquid (a water/urea mixture). Each truck will be fitted with an additional tank containing this liquid.
As a result of a through analysis of the problems to do with transferring this liquid, PIUSI has developed a reliable dispensing group using highly compatible components.
The complete group has been designed to be moved and connected to a new full container.
An accurate meter will visualize the quantity dispensed for a correct refilling of the truck.
The group is completed with an automatic nozzle, and a flexible delivery hose, for easy dispensing operations.
At the suction side we have two accessories available: suction hose with foot valve and filter or CDS quick connector.

Automatic nozzle ZVA DN15 of nickel plated aluminium for Urea solution according DIN 70070. Flow rate up to 40 litres per min with a working pressure of between 0.5 and 3.5 bar. Minimum pump output 20 litres per min.
Heavy duty, self priming piston pump is designed to give you a 330ml delivery on each down stroke. It incorporates a anti-drip nozzle and uptake pipe which covers plastic drum from between 25lt and 205ltr drums. It is fitted with a standard 2" BSP male adaptor(all other drum adaptors available on request)
