The flow-rate of grease nozzles depends on the specific working conditions:
• resistance to the entry of new grease, which depends on many factors (conduit diameter, working temperature, possible clogging, etc.); M
• pump efficiency.MM
Measuring the actual amount of grease only according to the time required for dispensing, may result in approximation errors both by defect or by excess.
Thanks to the K200 Meter the exact amount of grease dispensed by the nozzle is no longer measured according to an empirically method, but can be accurately determined and displayed on a LCD. Thanks to its compact size and low weight GREASTER can replace normal grease dispensers, also offering the following advantages:
• it guarantees the correct and exact execution of the greasing operation by displaying the resettable batch total dispensed;
• it stores grease consumption by reckoning and displaying the cumulative total amount dispensed.
Performances
• Operating pressure: (max) 550 bar.
• Burst pressure: (min) 1600 bar.
• Metering accuracy: ± 3%.

Designed and realised to be used with the range of pulse meters. Remote installation is provided by simply connecting 2 wires. A large screen simultaneously displays the quantity delivered and the non resettable total. The Remote Display also comes with software applications for calibrating flow metres.
It is available both as a basic display device and as a pulse emitter. It is indispensable when the receiver only recognises discrete quantities of pulses.
The remote display is the ideal addition to our series of pulse meters wherever display and reading of the quantities delivered are indispensable, not directly at the point of installation of the flow meters, but over a distance.
With their easy interfacing management systems, pulse transmitter models connected to Remote Display extend the field of application of pulse meters.
Specification
• 8 digits resettable total available.
• Resettable total available.
• 8 digits non resettable total.
• 5 digits partial.
• Flow rate.
• Possibility to set unit of measure.
• Possibility to set puls out.
• Calibration.
• Low battery icon.
This component is for installation along the supply lines feeding the pumps in a centralised oil (or other fluid) distribution system. It combines the functions of an on-off valve with those of a flow-meter. This unit simplifies the realisation of a refuelling system because with a single hydraulic coupling and an electric connection you can install all the components needed to regulate the flow of fluids.
